This policy will explain how my organisation, Verity Quinn Set & Costume Design, uses the personal data I collect from you when you use my website.
What data do I collect?
I collect personal identification information: names, email addresses, phone numbers and business addresses.
Names and contact details may be collected through a third party, for example: production contact lists. This is in order for me to work effectively in delivering a set and costume design product for you or your company.
How will I use your data?
Your data is used to enable me to communicate with yourself and others regarding work that you have employed me to do. Postal addresses are only used for invoices and contracts.
How do I store your data?
I store your data securely by using strong passwords with two factor authentication where possible.
How do I share your data?
I share your data with other companies as part of my work process, for cloud storage, backup and website services. These include: Google, Dropbox, Apple and Adobe.
I don't use your contact information for marketing purposes. In the event that I need to, for example for a reference, I will ask you for your permission and what contact information I am able to share.
I may share your name publicly on my website to credit your work on a project. This is shared in order to market my portfolio and credit your work where due. If you do not wish to be credited in this way, please find my details on the 'Contact' page and get in touch.
